Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl
Every morning is a different story! When I don't eat eggs, I'll have fruits in a way or another.
Today, I wanted to try something different and change from the Acai I was incorporating in my morning breakfast bowl lately. I tried a smoothie bowl made with Pitaya Dragon Fruit because I read that it's a tropical fruit rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. It also looks gorgeous and tastes great!
RECIPE
Serves 2
Color: Pink
Breakfast
Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
½ Dragon Fruit
¾ Frozen Banana
½ cup of mixed frozen red berries
A splash of Coconut milk
For the Decoration
Slices of dragon fruit
Blueberries
Blackberries
Bananas
Sesame seeds
Edible flowers
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a blender.
I try to use very little liquid in order to get a thick consistency.
Transfer in a Bowl.
Decorate with topping.
